Welcome to Alana Marie Holistic Healing – where your body, mind & soul finally get to exhale. This is a space for women who are done just “getting by” & are ready to feel safe, seen, & deeply supported again.
I believe that the only way to change the world & the stories that our children experience & carry, it is to work on ourselves, the mothers. To work through the stories, pattens & trauma we have carried, to release our pain & limits, for embodied freedom & to learn to show up, full, brilliant & unapologetically ourselves. This isn’t just selfcare. It is Generational Freedom.
Using body & energy work, rewiring processes & soul reclamation & embodiment practices, I help you reconnect with your inner authority – the part of you that knows innately who you are, what you need & what’s next.
You weren’t meant to carry everything alone. You also weren’t meant to pass down pain you never asked for.
My work exists to help heal generational trauma so we can raise a more free, & emotionally healthy next generation. To help women reclaim their identity, reset their body & heal the generational patterns that have kept them in survival mode, so that moving forward they can create real freedom for themselves & their children.
This is where deep healing begins.
